Product Description:

The Imer Booster CP is a compact, high performance concrete pump, capable of pumping up to 20 cubic yards of concrete, shotcrete and high strength grouts per hour in restricted spaces. This heavy duty pump is ideal for demanding job sites where space is restricted but high output performance is still required. Powering the Booster 20 is a hydraulic control system and a diesel engine, engineered for swift and reliable pumping for numerous construction applications.

Also boasting a 2 cylinder hydraulic control system, the Booster 20 enters smooth operation with minimum maintenance. It is also equipped with an automatic greasing system that maintains lubrication of all vital components for extended lifecycle.

Built Tough to Improve Performance

Designed for demanding job site conditions, the Booster 20 has a treaded 4” delivery manifold with heavy duty construction and a reinforced concrete hopper with agitator to assure consistent material flow. Thanks to reverse direction of the hydraulic system and vibrating grate (12V) the system can't clog and work for even the densest materials.

Easy to Understand Layout with Sophisticated Controls

Built for the operator, this pump features a full featured electric control panel for easy operation and monitoring. Originally designed with a hinged support for easy cleaning and maintenance, decreasing down time. Centralized grease ports make for easy lubrication to keep the machine in tiptop shape with little effort.

Stable & Safe for Transport

Designed to be mobile, the Booster 20 incorporates torsion bar suspension, surge brakes and an articulated tow bar that adjusts to different towing heights. Wheel chocks and a parking brake keep your rig in place, bringing peace of mind during transport and operation.
