Product Description

All Lift Cranes FH-Series Heavy Duty Foundationless Jib Crane is designed to offer end users a heavy duty lifting solution without the need for a pre-pour foundation. This design innovation simplifies the installation by directly bolting where there is existing concrete, making it the ideal solution for tighter facilities or any owner looking to limit the cost and time associated with doing any foundation work.

No Footing Required:

This jib crane bolts directly to existing concrete, so there is no need for a pre-poured footing.

Wide Applications:

It is good for machining and assembly operations, hot/cold outdoor environments like loading docks, or anywhere with multiple workstations. This flexibility is what makes it an ideal solution across a range of industries.

Customize The Crane:

Various features make the crane specific to operational needs. Highlights include epoxy anchor bolt kits for reliable installation, tagline kits to aid in the handling of materials, and motorized rotation for automated movement.

Installation Requirements

These are necessary to guarantee optimal performance and safety.

  • Concrete Specs: Existing concrete surface not less than 6 inches thick, and a minimum compressive strength of 3000 psi (5-bag mix). The soil pressure below the concrete has to of at least 2,500 psi.
  • Concrete: No cracks, seams, joints or walls in 10’ x 10’ square (5’ perimeter) surrounding the base plate, no delamination, and in good condition.

Applications

The FH-Series Jib Crane is flexible and is designed for a wide variety of applications, including:

  • Machining and Assembly Operations: Improves workflow efficiency with its precise material handling capabilities.
  • This Outdoor Use feature makes them suitable for loading docks and other outdoor environments where they are durable in harsh environments.
  • Multi-Station: Simultaneous serving of multiple workstations improves efficiency in big open areas.

Optional Features

Thereare optional components that further expand crane functionality, including

  • Epoxy Anchor Bolt Kit (AB-FH2): Enables proper fastening on existing slabs.
  • Plywood Templates (48D12): Helps to place anchor bolts correctly when installing.
  • Tagline Kits (TG): Increase safety and control in material handling.
  • Rotation Stops (Field Welded) (RS): Ensures limited trolley traverse, preventing over-travel and improving operating safety.
  • Top Entry Electrical Collector (TEC): if electric power is necessary and an uninterrupted 360° rotation of the jib crane is required.
  • Motorized Rotation: Most cranes are available with a motorized rotation to help make the most of your height and reach during material handling tasks.
  • Compatible: with different hoists and trolleys designed for specific lifting conditions.
